Make room for what matters.
Coming up
A little Korean, every day.
Anki, grammar and listening each have their own place.
Anki
The check is your daily confirmation. Automatic snapshots are shown separately so an old laptop snapshot cannot mark today complete.
Daily Korean
Train. Eat. Recover.
Flexible workouts, today’s food and your Sunday weigh-in.
Gym this week
One attendance check-in per day. Detailed sets and loads can stay in Hevy for now.
Food for today
This replaces today's manual total. Enter your own targets in Setup.
Sunday weigh-in
A week with direction.
Pending and planned
Exam countdowns
Dates from your settings. Exam times and locations are not supplied.
Language history
Grammar and podcast listening are counted separately. Use a timer and log confirmed minutes.
Keep Korea in reach.
All amounts in DKK. These are your planning targets.
Korea checkpoints
Enter money still available after paying for flights and hotels. These costs are separate from the final remaining-money target. The earlier checkpoint is not added to the final target.
This month's entries
Transfers are excluded from income and spending. These entries do not automatically change your savings balance or represent your bank balance. CSV import comes later.
Upcoming subscriptions
Due-soon flags appear in the app. Use “Advance date” after checking a charge. It moves the reminder one period; it does not record an expense or pay a bill. Push reminders are not connected.
Everything has a source.
Open your services here. A shortcut does not give the dashboard access to that account.
Anki reader
Not connected
Enable the reader from the laptop Tools folder after installing AnkiConnect. Select the exact deck names it finds. Keep desktop Anki open, and sync both Anki apps after phone study.
Mail & calendar
Shortcuts only · preview not connected
Add your work, school and personal accounts to Outlook. A small dashboard inbox will require a separate Microsoft/Google sign-in for each account.
Exam export is a one-time, all-day copy. No exam times have been assumed. Avoid importing the same file repeatedly.
DTU Learn
Calendar & announcements not connected
In DTU Learn, open Calendar → Settings → Enable Calendar Feeds → Subscribe. Subscribe in Outlook for ongoing updates. Use Brightspace Pulse for announcements and deadline notifications.
Keep subscription URLs private. A feed covers only the events published to it, not every course obligation.
Podcast listening
Manual minutes · Spotify is not connected
Listen in Spotify and confirm your completed minutes in Korean. Spotify’s recent-history endpoint excludes podcasts; automatic tracking needs a running observer and still has gaps.
Your setup, one step at a time.
Start locally. Connect the cloud when you are ready to sync your phone.
Cloud connection
Create your user and run the database SQL first. Your password is sent to your Supabase project and is not saved by this app. Each signed-in owner can access only their own rows.
Personal starting settings
Import the supplied winter-arc-settings.json after signing in, or for your local test. Only goals, deck labels and exams are imported; laptop details are excluded.
Choose the JSON file above to load your settings.
“Add missing” preserves existing goals, exam dates and savings. “Replace matching” asks for confirmation before overwriting them. Activity logs stay saved.
Backup and restore
Backups include your records, not passwords or tokens. Keep a local-test backup to import into the signed-in app. Cloud and local-test records are separate until you restore a backup.
What is connected?
Phone and desktop share your signed-in dashboard records. The optional laptop reader can publish Anki counts. Spotify, email and DTU need separate connections.
